A clear inventory
At a survey, we identify the areas to be cleared. These may include a flat, cellar, attic or other rooms, subject to agreement.
Separate the move from the clearance
If you request both, we agree the allocation first. Secure personal documents, valuables and keepsakes before work starts.
Plan the handover
We discuss the condition in which the rooms should be handed over and any agreed swept-clean finish. Renovation or other trades must be clarified separately.
